2025 GOAL SETTING CHEAT SHEET

Did you know that only 9% of New Year's Resolutions are kept, only 23 % make it past the first week and 43% quit by the end of January?

Goals are supposed to be difficult - hard to choose well, and hard to attain,  and skaters are used to that - we do the big bodacious things all the time. 

So here is a different kind of worksheet to help you figure out what you really want out of 2025, and to outline a solid plan to make success inevitable. You may have to add extra sheets til you figure it all out. Oh, and if you don't have an accountibility partner,  let us know - we'll jump right in and help. 

Also, when you have finished your worksheet, share it with us - we'd love to see what you are planning for this next year on the ice.
